Great breakfast, very good and spacey room, good location for a sea trip. We were just passing through, but it was even better when not in the summer season, without lots of people and no rush.

Hotel is close to the centre, walking streets, beaches, restaurants, everything in walking distance, owners are really nice and helpful, room is clean, breakfast is a lot and perfect. We would recommend staying here anytime!

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. Featuring a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We stayed for six nights in early August in a room with a sofa bed, which was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our son. The hotel is just one block from the beach and has a partnership with a fantastic beach club, La Pia, which made our seaside days even better. From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. I received a welcome message with basic information, and closer to our arrival date, they sent clear instructions for self check-in in case we arrived after 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, strong air conditioning, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a gym and a jacuzzi on-site, which were great additions. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants nearby. While breakfast isn’t served at the hotel, there are great cafés just a block away and a supermarket close by if you prefer to eat in your room. We absolutely loved our stay and left wishing we could stay longer—not just because of the hotel, but also because of the charm of the city and the beauty of the beach. Highly recommended!

The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!
