We loved our stay here. Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the place is — such a thoughtful touch for those traveling with pets. A great bonus: you can refill your bottles with fresh drinking water anytime throughout the day. Truly a lovely vacation — thank you for creating such a warm and comfortable experience!

Great breakfast, very good and spacey room, good location for a sea trip. We were just passing through, but it was even better when not in the summer season, without lots of people and no rush.

Very kind and generous host family, great people and hosts. Were kind to offer us tips regarding the carnevale. Room was very nice and the location is great. We shall very probably return.

After having an awful experience at another place in Piombino, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere to stay last minute in high season and we’re so grateful we found this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!
