The hosts are very nice and helpful. They gave us some recommendations on where to go, which was very helpful! We were also able to check in early, and after the check out, leave our bags in the deposit.I recommend 100%

The property is beautiful - the garden is full of lemon trees, roses and palms. It is calm and very well cared for, the apartment and garden is very clean. The pool area is nice and has an amazing view, you can see Etna from the property as well. We had two bedrooms apartment, it was very spaceous and modern. We had neighbours but it was still very peaceful and private. And the hosts are amazing, really thoughtfull, friendly and caring! We had a great time - thanks for having us!

Our rooms were upgraded and we got the junior suite which was huge. Great location right in Taormina. The staff were exceptional at this hotel.

The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

The owner of the villa was a friendly and helpful person. The location is just in front of the Acireale Train Station and is half an hour away from the city center where Piazza Duomo can be reached. The apartment had a combined kitchen and living room, a bathroom, one big bedroom, and another bedroom on a terrace. It was furnished with all necessities, spacious, and very well kept. It is ideal both for the winter and summer periods. In winter it feels very cozy and welcoming while for the summer period, there are two outdoor pools. I was in Acireale for the carnival nevertheless there was a tranquil atmosphere. A truly relaxing experience. Certainly, not my last experience in this villa but will be back for sure.
