I liked the fact the room was clean. We have asked for a cot, as we travelled with our child. The breakfast was delicious, with great variety of food. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and very accomodating. We have travelled a lot and stayed in different hotels around Europe and i can say that the staff in Palazzo Castri was class. Fairplay to the management for this!

The staff were attentive. And there were many small little things the staff did for us. Like put goodnight chocolate in our room every night. The welcome drink was great. The refilling of the mini bar was awesome.
