Excellent location, very comfy beds and great towels (very different than usual hotels) , staff are very friendly and rooms are of decent size. Overall design of the hotel is nice and they have excellent breakfast which is mostly alaa cart.

The whole experience was so beautiful! The staff were very warm and helpful and really made my stay there nice. The restaurant was amazing with high quality food and the rooms were just perfect and great value. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I could not love this hotel more! Location, comfort, happy hour, spectacular breakfast, comfortable beds, kindness of personnel, and beauty. And please don't miss looking out the 'skylight' up the stairs from the 5th floor--spectacular. We especially wanted to thank Simone who went out of his way to help make our stay fantastic! The 4-star iQ Hotel Firenze offers design interiors and i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar serving gourmet pizzas, appetizers and cocktails. Practic din toate hotelurile unde m-am cazat vre-o dată acesta a fost cel mai excelent. Hotelul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar, toate serviciile, micul dejun, restaurantul absolut totul a fost excelent. p.s. Pizza margerita a fost cea mai delicioasă.

It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. very nice hotel design and spa. very nice room and shower and balcony on arno river. very friendly staff anna helped us in recommending few restaurants and they always takes my car to park it. very good shuttle service to the center.
