The location is simply fantastic, 50 meters far from the beach that was, by the way, even in august, not crowded at all. At the same time it is like being in the countryside, with pure mediterranean vegetation. Note that it is an isolated area, not for mass tourism.. Orosei is about 6 km from the villa, from Osalla you can book a boat ride to Cala Gonone, Cala Luna and other extraordinary places to visit. If you want to visit the real sardinian places you are in the right place. You will need a car, that's for sure, but you will have a real taste of traditions, mentality and local mindset. From the villa you can also plan a visit to Supramonte (reccomendable the lunch with shepherds), to Su Gulugone, to Tiscali and to other fantastic places that are not so easy to visit. So if you do not want plastic tourism, if you want to have a full immersion in local nature and local way of life, for sure you can start planning it from this villa. The owners are very helpful and they have a high cultural level, that is precisely what a tourist needs to start enjoying his stay.

Surrounded by a 100-hectare estate, Agriturismo S' Ozzastru is a farm consisting of 3 buildings 7 km from Dorgali. This property offers rooms or studios with furnished. We enjoyed our stay a lot, spending half a day near the swimming pool and travelling to beautiful beaches of Cala Gonone after lunch. Double bedroom room is ideal for family with teenagers. Very comfy beds and daily cleaning. Tasty breakfast. Definitely we'll be back. Recommended.

Hotel Brancamaria is at the entrance of the seaside town of Cala Gonone. It offers bright rooms with large bathrooms and an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Very clean hotel, rooms and pool - big shout out to the cleaning stuff of the hotel. Friendly stuff. Great breakfast. Free shuttle service to the city center. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

You will immediately feel at home at this family-run hotel, just 50 metres from the beach on the Gulf of Orosei, set between the sea and the mountains. Guests receive a free welcome coffee. Very friendly staff, Massimiliano who did our check in and check out, solve all my needs during our stay! It is very well located as well!

Cute little room. Super friendly and helpful staff. There’s an elevator. Beach towels provided for 3Euro. The bar and restaurant were wonderful.

The Costa Dorada enjoys one of the most picturesque locations in Sardinia, being located on the waterfront in Cala Gonone, 10 metres from the sandy and rocky beach. Let's start with the staff! They were absolutely fabulous. Extremely accommodating and kind. Nothing g was to much trouble. I managed to lock our passports in their safe and couldn't get it unlocked, they actually broke the safe for me and didn't even make it feel like an inconvenience. The location is stunning! Easy walk to everything and absolutely beautiful setting right on the beach. The restaurant is next level. The breakfast I ckuded is absolutely delightful with so many fresh choices of fruit, pastors, egg station, cheese etc Dinners are absolutely amazing. The food is sensational. If you aren't staying at this hotel, you must book as it gets busy. The rooms were huge and comfortable and very clean. Each with outdoor furniture to enjoy their beautiful gardens. I would stay nowhere else in Cala Gonone. This hotel was absolutely 5 star! Thank you to the team for looking after us

With a rural setting 2 km from Orosei and the Mediterranean Sea, Santa Maria Resort is a new property offering a modern Sardinian design and a large swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Great place for short-period stay. We stayed for one night, it was super cheap. The pool was great. Close to the city by car. Overall recommend.
