Hotel Il Querceto is immersed in a natural park of oak trees, just 8 km from the bay of Cala Gonone. Natural beauty surrounds you for a peaceful stay. What a fantastic location! This is a super hotel with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with a lovely atmosphere. We loved the artwork in the hotel; the staff were friendly and helpful; everything was great. As people who love healthy food, the breakfast was amazing with lots of fruit, nuts, seeds, yogurt, honey. Perfect for us. There were also lots of amazing breads, cakes, cooked eggs etc. The room was comfortable with a good shower.

This was a late booking due to a change in plans. Maurizio was very accommodating especially as we missed a turn and was later arriving than planned. The house was at the end of a traditional Sardinian road and was so peaceful, the garden was cute and had a bbq and dining area outside, and through the gate was a little path to a very private beach. It was actually closer than the pictures give the impression of and the shower after using the beach was so warm. The house just gives you a warm hug, and had enough comfortable seating for the 6 of us to relax and dine in or out. Having three bedrooms downstairs with one en-suite and the other 2 others sharering a bathroom was great. On the mezzanine was another bedroom with its own bathroom and seating area. It was very traditional and we all loved it. Also, being close to a lovely little town that had everything you could need, ice cream parlour, supermarket, garage and cafes and restaurant just made it even more perfect. If you want cosy this is for you.

Comfortable Accommodations: Residence Cala Viola in Cala Liberotto offers aparthotel-style accommodations with air-conditioning, kitchenettes, and private bathrooms. Nice all around package. The manager was really nice and forwardcoming.

Hotel Brancamaria is at the entrance of the seaside town of Cala Gonone. It offers bright rooms with large bathrooms and an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Clean and spacious rooms with a small balcony perfect to dry your beach wear/towels. Great parking by reservation plus great shuttle service to the harbor and downtown area so you don’t have to worry about parking your car on the street. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time giving you suggestions and showing you things that only locals would know. We also had dinner at the hotel one night with traditional Sardinian food, live music and dance. Perfect experience. I’ll come back for sure.

Exceptional staff, caring, helpfull, informative, always polite and super friendly. The cleaning was so good, t was like entering a new room everyday. The pool area very well kept and maintained, super relax, no noise, calm. The breakfast is also nice, fruit, coffee, juices, italian cakes, and the things that usually north europeans like, sausages, bacon...etc. The decoration and the area are beautiful, rustic style village, in a circle area, like grandmas countryside house, the smell of jasmine from the garden, the metal sculptures in the garden, all the flowers, grass well maintained, the room with wood ceiling, classic doors, old style wardrobe, desk...
