Incredibly friendly staff and family-run business. We received a very warm welcome - being picked up by the hotel. The check-in was very thorough and we were told how to navigate the island - even being given bus tickets for free. It’s located on the hillside which makes for amazing views when taking a dip in the pool. The hotel also had a sauna and jacuzzi, and offered a lot of cozy places for sitting down, having a drink/coffee and was very accessible from two roads. I could not recommend this place enough! Hidden gem!

Situated within less than 1 km of Cava dell' Isola Beach, Hotel Sunset in Ischia provides a restaurant, as well as free WiFi. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. Breakfast was nice, we stayed for 4 nights. It’s also walking distance from the shopping and restaurant area.

The hotel and spa were wonderful. The place had just opened (early May) and was not crowded. Breakfasts on the patio overlooking the sea were prepared to order and very good. We swam and paddle boarded from the small dock. The staff were super helpful. Dinners (not included) were large and delicious. The hotel arranged a private boat tour around Ischia that left and returned to the hotel. We stopped for snorkeling and lunch at our pace - this was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Southern Italy.

Situated halfway between Casamicciola Terme and Ischia, 5 km from Baia di San Montano, Villa Araucaria features an outdoor pool and a bar. The Castiglione Thermal Baths are 10 minutes' walk away. We spent four unforgettable days at Villa Araucaria and it was nothing short of magical. The villa itself is spotless: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and fully equipped to cook like at home. The views were also absolutely magical and can be enjoyed from several areas around the villa. The peace and quiet surrounding the house made it a perfect oasis to relax in. The pool is the cleanest we have ever seen and the lush garden is maintained daily and looks spotless every day. Carlo could not welcome us but Nausicaa management agency took care of us and made sure our stay was absolutely magical ❤️ We were a group of nine and everyone agreed that this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Featuring free WiFi throughout and surrounded by a botanical garden, Residence Villa Cristina is in Ischia, 1.3 km from Forio d'Ischia Harbour. HIGHLY recommend Residence Villa Cristina if you plan a vacation on Ischia! Each guest has a private apartment and bathroom with a small kitchenette. The residence is in a private, tropical botanical garden with a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!

Offering an indoor pool, Hotel Casa Nicola is located in Succhivo 1 km from Sant'Angelo on the island of Ischia, a 5-minute walk from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Room was excellent; excellent mattress; ample shelving and drawers; perfect climate control with heat pump; just right bathroom with good shelving. Breakfast was more than ample; hostess/owner was personable, gracious and helpful. Hot pool/Roman bath was an unexpected treat. Perfectly located 30 feet from a bus stop and easily walkable to Sant’Angelo.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and enchanting sea views, Relais Bijoux Ischia is less than a 10-minute drive from Ischia’s sandy beach. Vue extraordinary, very clean, personnel very helpful and smiley, very good morning buffet. Owner attentive to all our needs. We spent four nights and now we are sad to be leaving.
