The staff was very helpful, especially in the dining area. After many disappointments with the quality-to-price ratio at other hotels, I finally had the feeling that I got what I paid for.

Franchesco was really helpul in everything he did for us, great service and communication. Apartment was well equiped.

Rooms had good sized living room/kitchen so it felt like you weren't at a hotel. Close location to center of town. Very nice staff. Good spa center and relax center with nice teas.

The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu. A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. An astonishing view of the alps. I really admired the details of the place; its antique and well accommodated decorations.
