Much better than expected. Area is a bit further away from Como but actually preferred it here - more peaceful and better food in the area and only 30mins - hour from everywhere.

The location is convenient, and the rooftop bar offers beautiful views. The bathroom was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit :)

Room was so clean and cozy. It was convenient to get anywhere, and being within walking distance of the station made the location perfect. It was really nice that the room had USB outlets and reading lights by the bed. The salmon panini at breakfast was incredibly delicious.

Beautiful views of Lake Como from the property. Exceedingly kind hosts who made us feel so welcome and like family. We would definitely return when visiting again. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms would make a family of up to 4 very happy for any long term stay.

This accommodation was superb. Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend you stay here. The host Ciara was exceptionally friendly and so so accommodating. The view was amazing. The breakfast was really good. The terrace with loungers and umbrellas and the jacuzzi were a wonderful added bonus. Some reviews mention the walk to town - we are in our late 60’s and for us it was no problem (15/20 minutes) and quite scenic. If you have a car it’s absolutely no problem to drive and park in town (we were there in late September). Menaggio is a lovely town and we found it to be a perfect place to explore locally or ferry to other towns on Lake Como. We loved our stay. Thank you Ciara - we would love to return and will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Breakfast not included but restaurant was convenient and had tasty food with indoor and outdoor lakeside tables.

Al Molo 5 - Lake Front se află în Oliveto Lario, la 7,2 km de Parcul Villa Melzi, și pune la dispoziție un centru de fitness, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată. It was the second time we visited almolo 5 and our stay was again so nice!Fillipo was very assisting with everything we needed and of course the restaurant and breakfast were the best !!!
