The ferry is right in front of the hotel and all the shops are around. The breakfast is great. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel and staff are dog friendly. A very comfortable stay!

Locul este foarte frumos amenajat, oamenii draguți si ospitalieri, in special românca care ne-a întâmpinat in prima zi la recepție. Apartamentul este foarte aproape de portul din Como. Nota 10!

Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms would make a family of up to 4 very happy for any long term stay.

Location, friendly family hosts. Great service and breakfast. We loved staying here , Chiara and her family were delightful as were the staff. They were very helpful and considerate to our needs. We loved the spa and balcony view and having the hire facility was a bonus, we loved our boat hire. We would stay again, it's peaceful enough to have down time and close enough to Mennagio and the ferry services if you want to check out the other areas. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, very nice room, very clean. Excellent staff, smiling and helpful. Very kind lady at the reception. We will definitely visit again soon!

Casa Olea is an amazing option if you are visiting Lake Como - 10 min by car from Menaggio, it was the perfect base to visit the area without staying inside the confusion of the small famous villages. The hotel itself is spetacular, the refurbishment was done very tastefully and the whole hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view to the lake. The shower was for sure one of the best showers I have ever used in my life, and the amenities by Comfort Zone provided a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and everyone working there was very nice and welcoming. If you are visiting this area, book this place!
