Super dog-friendly – our pup could freely roam around the whole property. A special thank you to the owner – incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. If you want to feel like you’ve stepped into a scene from a telenovela, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! 😄

Located 2 km from Lake Trasimeno, I Capricci Di Merion is an Art Nouveau building in the Umbrian countryside. Very peaceful, interesting interiors, comfortable rooms. We had a minor inconvenience during our stay and the staff resolved it immediately, compensating the discomfort like a proper 5 star hotel!

Locanda Poggioleone is in Pozzuolo, a 10-minute drive from Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno. It is immersed in nature and offers a garden and an outdoor pool with hot tub. Beautiful hotel, with special design. The staff are very nice. Huge equipment room, very good breakfast.

Relais Villa Monte Solare Wellness & SPA is a luxurious 4-star property with beautiful gardens and a panoramic spa with views of the hills. Restaurant Dolium serves specialities of Tuscany and Umbria.... Rooms are really cool vintage styled rooms, super clean and very spacious. The staff is amazing, helped us with everything, including a flat tire we had on a Saturday, probably the best staff I encountered. Breakfast is really good! The spa is really nice and clean. Views from the Spa/Hotel itself are amazing. All in all, very good value and an awesome experience.
