The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

She looked after our family of 4 even before we arrived, helping us book train tickets from Rome to Nettuno. She is very responsive, helpful, hospitable & kind. The place is new, very clean & close to the beach with restaurants & grocery stores in walking distance. Angela helped organise transport as we were attending a wedding at a nearby church, she recommended & booked restaurants for us too. Nothing was a problem for her. We would definetly come back & stay at IBordin.

WiFi was fast (I did video-calls without any problem), AC managed perfectly even though it was a heatwave outside during my stay. Communication was excellent prior to arrival & was even allowed earlier check-in.

I was met and escorted by Edoardo (thank you!). The apartment has everything! In the morning you can drink coffee on the open balcony, with a beautiful view of the city! 3-5 minutes to the station. The train to the Basilica S. Paolo station takes 35± minutes. Cafes and pizzerias on the next street. 3-5 minutes until carefour. We are very pleased! Thank you! Edoardo was always in touch and helped us, told us everything, thank you!

The host that met us and greeted us was very pleasant and very helpful in helping us with transportation and answering question as well as giving suggestions. Location was excellent, walking distance to the sea, restaurants and the main section of the town. 5 stars!
