Free WiFi access is available in all areas. 10/10 hotel. communication with the property was smooth and easy, very helpful owner. I asked if the property has an iron, and they made sure it was already waiting for me in the room when I checked in. Spacious, clean, comfy room, amazing bed, nice bathroom. Slippers and snacks provided free of charge. We had the best sleep, there is no noise from outside or other rooms. Location also amazing, very safe and fancy area with great restaurants, and only 10min walk to Trevi fountain.

Across the road from Campo de' Fiori, Navona Queen Rooftop is in a 19th century building and offers a panoramic terrace with a hot tub overlooking Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Gianicolo hill. If you were making a movie set in Rome, i t would be at this place — it’s magical, chilled, super clean and all of the staff from reception to cleaners are mega charming.

Amazing hotel, beautiful & elegant design in every single detail, very clean and refined room, delicious breakfast, very helpful & kind staff! The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! Really enjoyed it!

From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.

It’s easy to see why there are so many excellent reviews, as the room was spotless and cleaned daily. The location is fantastic: a quiet area with all the necessary stores nearby, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The administrator was very supportive and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

We had a fantastic time in Rome! Our hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The accommodation was super clean, and we received a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon our arrival. There were excellent restaurants nearby, and accessing the city center via the tube was easy.
