Thank you, Alice and Martina, you are unbelievable, and I fell in love with you! Beautifully presented apartment in a small, modern block just a few steps away from the beach. We loved the sea views from the balcony and the roof terrace (which has sun beds and a jacuzzi for the use of residents). It was a joy to wake up and take coffee on the balcony and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from here too. The bed linen and towels were top-notch and the apartment was immaculately clean. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We would have no hesitation in booking here again if we were to re-visit Follonica. One minor drawback was the residents' garage; we found it nigh-impossible to steer our hire car into it! But there is street parking available and we always found somewhere outside to park (in October). In short, we loved it!

We stopped for a night on a cycling tour. Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

It is a beautiful property . You just want to be here and do nothing else. Charming. The hosts are super nice.

Lovely place to stay and reset. It was outside of season which was great for us as we just needed a stop over for a few days to catch up on work. Massimilano was a wonderful host and upgraded us to the loft which was absolutely perfect. Loved the Alexa in the room too so we could listen to tunes as we relaxed there.

Agriturismo La Luciana is set in the Tuscan countryside, 7.5 km from Castiglione della Pescaia centre and the sea. It features an equipped garden. Excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. Nice location in the countryside, convenient pool, breakfast with enough variety and fresh stuff, separate space for the bicycles.
