It was absolutely perfect, Luigi the owner was the most accommodating landlord, I struggled a bit with the techs legalities of all the online forms but he sorted everything and made it all so simple! The rooms are perfect, clean, tidy and minimalistic, I would recommend that a group of guests stay here, they’d be close but still have their own space and it’s sooooo close to all the restaurants, beach, etc. I can’t fault this place whatsoever, I had an amazing stay!

Everything was very clean and tidy. Marianna was extremely helpful and communicative with all the details. The bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped and very clean, with towels provided.

Staff was really kind, friendly and helpful. There were multiple options for breakfast, tried a few and all were great. The room was beautifully decorated. The property is really clean and well maintained. Wonderful location. Less than 5min walking distance to main street and 10min to train station. The wifi was fast and good for remote working.

easy access,all the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Resort was unbelievable, food was presented with such professionalism and absolutely stunning (breakfast and dinner) pool spa and other areas were amazing,as for the rooms wow wow wow. Great location for our needs in touring the Molise I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and will be returning in the near future but stay longer

Essentially you are renting a room within a apartment of a flat. The room and bath were very clean and comfortable and the host incredibly friendly and helpful.
