The location is super and very quiet. The breakfast room had a beautiful outdoor deck with snacks and cool drinks all day. Breakfast was among the best we had in our month long trip in Sicily. The pastries were incomparable. The room itself had everything and was actually better equipped than most rooms. Valeria connected with us before we arrived and organized our ZTL permit. We parked a block and a 1/2 away in a locked guarded lot that was super.

The entire experience was made even better by the wonderful staff. Manager Laura… she is simply the best! She welcomed us with a smile, allowed us to check in earlier due to our flight change, and was always available to help us with anything we needed. From local tips about Syracuse to great recommendations, she made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. The cleaning team did a fantastic job—special thanks to Maria who brought such a warm and positive energy. One of the best parts of our trip was the day tour to Etna, Taormina, and Savoca. Laura connected us with the guide Francesco, and thanks to her, we had an unforgettable day exploring these beautiful places with a fantastic guide. A huge thank you to everyone—this was truly a perfect stay and we will definitely come back!
