We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu. A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!
