It is less than a 10-minute drive from Trieste. Comfort, exellent customer service, ambience of the place,, not too far from the city but enough to feel peace tranquility of the place enhanced by beautiful sea views. 15 minutes walk from Miramare Palace. Enjoyed excellent breakfast and exquisite food served in the Hotel restaurant.

We spent 3 nights at Casanova Bluelife in Trieste and overall had a great stay. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk from the train station and with a nice grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. The apartment itself is very modern and secure, with multiple keypad entry points and a front door that feels like opening a vault. The layout worked well for our group of 3 singles: two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and a third bedroom in a loft-style space upstairs with its own bathroom. Since the loft is open, it’s not 100% private, but it still feels separate. The loft level also features two terraces, one with a small hot tub (really only suited for 1–2 people at a time). On the main floor, the terrace has an outdoor dining table that was perfect for gathering, enjoying meals, and taking in the beautiful sunset views. The kitchen is minimally stocked with basic essentials, but note there is only an electric cooktop and microwave—no oven. We are big coffee drinkers and ended up buying a small coffee maker nearby (about €30), since the provided stovetop percolator was too small for us. There is also an electric kettle for hot water. Inside, the apartment is minimalist but comfortable, though there aren’t many indoor spaces to lounge together as a group aside from the outdoor dining area. The views, however, are incredible, and the location is very walkable (though do expect a short uphill climb from the station). Accessing the apartment can be a bit of a process, with several steps depending on whether you’re coming from the street or the parking garage, but once inside, it feels extremely secure. The host was responsive throughout, and we would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is very very nice, roomy and well equipped as on the photos. There is no key collection, it is handsfree, since you are sent the code for the room door in a message.

It is situated 14 km from Miramare Castle and provides full-day security. The farm stay also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The hotel is in a great position . The staff was very friendly, dogs are welcomed, and the rooms are very spacious with modern furniture and great bathrooms.
