Overall design of the hotel is nice and they have excellent breakfast which is mostly alaa cart.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. This hotel is my favorite in Florence. I come to Florence 3-5 times a year, and this is my first choice every time, unless there is no room. The hotel is TOP 1 in my heart in terms of service, breakfast, and various facilities. I highly recommend it.

Attention to detail with every aspect of this appartment. Loved the fact that there was a bottle you could refill with water from the breakfast room saving on plastics. Also all toilteries very high quality. Would of loved to buy some to take home no room in suitcase. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Very pleasant staff. Quiet appartment with all the facilities of a hotel. Beautiful beaches in the area. Lovely restaurants. Will be back.

Stunning hidden location in the depths of the Tuscany forest. Excellent staff, service and food quality.

Couldn't be a better location. The hotel has a view on the main piazza. Room was nice, high ceiling, curtains to block out sun. There were even chairs at the window, for a nice view of the main piazza in the evening with a glass of wine. Didn't get the breakfast so no review on that.

Enjoy free WiFi, complimentary breakfast buffets and a host of comforts at this elegant 4-star hotel and residence set in the historic centre of Lucca. Staff was enourmously friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the afternoon drinks, snacks, and later prosecco time!
