We loved our stay here. Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.

We went for dinner and were very satisfied. Generous breakfast.

Owner is really nice and friendly, felt like a friend of us, even gave us some home made cakes for the road when we left. Florence is 15-20 min away by car. The garden is beautiful, perfect to sit out with morning coffe or with a wine during the evening.

The hotels location is slightly of the center. The apartment was excellent, clean, and has all the amenities. The terra's in the roof is breathtaking.

The pools are wonderful, I enjoyed every second of our experience. Dinner was great in the restaurant and super breakfast. All is good. Super recommended. Worth the price.

This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Amazing place to escape the rush of the city! Not far from Florence. We enjoyed the spa, local food and especially the aperol. Great view and nice pools. The staff was very attentive as well.
