Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Everything there is excellent . Perfect 10 .

Our little dachshund was warmly welcomed as well and could enter everywhere within the resort (except the indoor wellness, but we haven't used it anyway, now in summer). Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner (local specialties in a wonderful Tuscan garden). I suggest trying out their kitchen at least once during your stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and good soundproofing (it is not noisy at all).

Only a 5-minute walk from San Vincenzo’s sandy beaches, Residenza Santa Cecilia boasts a heated indoor pool, hot tub and sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Santa Cecilia. A great location overlooking the marina and extremely comfortable apartment. Best of all is the private balcony and sunset views. Breakfast is also a highlight!

This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. A beautiful location set in the hills in Barberino di Mugello, about 1.5 hours northeast of Firenze. Spacious room, pool,spa and delicious breakfast! Dinner at night, optional, was amazing! Staff was attentive and so sweet!

We loved San Gimignano and the location of the hotel was perfect - in the square, but quiet. The room was a little basic (but we really can’t complain given the price!) but clean, comfortable and roomy. We had a garden view which was great as we overlooked the stunning countryside. The staff were lovely - very accommodating, polite and professional. If (when!) we return to San Gimignano, we would definitely stay at Leon Bianco.
