The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The property was in such a beautiful setting, overlooking Orvieto high on the hill. Our room was superb, with a sunny patio to sit outside. The bedroom was super spacious and the bathroom was huge. Everything inside was new and well appointed. Loved our wine tasting with Serena and Simone who are both Sommeliers l, what a bonus. Thanks for an incredible stay.
