The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. Nikis Resort is very beautiful place with perfect view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They perfectly solved our one situation what came up! Thanks them a lot! We need to say that dinner was perfect! - The staff was very knowledgeable about wine and Italian food. Only one night but we enjoyed it a lot!
