This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.

Probably the best accommodation we have been at after many years of travelling. The views, the atmosphere, the wine, the room, all is beyond expectations. Not to forget about the breakfast, with fresh high quality products, probably one of the best we ever had. An special mention to Valentina, who was our tour guide during the visit to the winery. She was an amazing host and provided us lots of good recomendations. Thank you and really looking forward to come back one day :)

We had a truly exceptional stay. Our apartment on the second floor was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and drank wine with cheese. The grounds near the house were lovely and green, featuring comfortable hammocks and perfect spots to watch the sunset. The hosts were genuinely nice and welcoming. We also had a good dinner at their restaurant, which is only a five-minute drive from the house. The drive to San Quirico takes about 20 minutes, and the road is unpaved but manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

This place really lives up to the excellent reviews and expectations. Staying at Moiana is like coming home. Fabio, Kelly and the family really look after you. The appartment is great, and the location is stunning, in the middle of nowhere. We had dinner there every night during our 3 nights stay and the food was homecooked and excellent. We even got to drink their homemade wine :-). Fabio gave us tips for day trips, which was very helpful. If you are looking for a friendly, beautiful and quiet place, this is for you! If we are ever in this region again, we definitely will come again.
