My partner and I celebrated a lovely romantic engagement while we were staying here in Montepulciano and couldn't recommend it more!

The owners are very lovely and we messaged a lot prior. They picked us up from the train station as there are no taxis. He drove us around the town showing us all the areas we will be visiting. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. We did not use the sauna as it's very hot outside. The hot tub was lovely to use. There is air conditioning in the living space and the bedroom. The fridge was stocked with yoghurts, water and jucies. There is plenty of coffee and tea options. Croissants and pancakes available for breakfast and lovely fruit bowl. We would love to return some day in a colder month to experience the sauna relax again.

The garden is particularly lovely and is the perfect spot for a peaceful drink overlooking the city. The property is right up against the wall of the Cassero, and thus has a beautiful view out to the west. In the morning, the breakfast is served indoors or outside, and is delicious! Communication with the hosts was easy and they were extremely kind! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to return to Castiglion Fiorentino.

The owner was very accommodating and then some.. They made reservations for our dinner, dropped us off and picked us up. Likewise, with horseback riding. They even pulled our car out of the ditch when our GPS took us down the wrong road. We brought home the honey, lavender and olive oil, all fantastic!
