Francesco and Concetta are the most charming, caring, and hospitable hosts you could meet — they made every moment of our four-day stay an absolute pleasure. From the second we drove up the gravel driveway lined with cypress trees and were greeted personally by Francesco (he waited outside to welcome us!), we knew we had chosen the right place. The property is stunning — with beautiful rooms and cottages scattered across vast grounds surrounded by forest, vineyards, and olive trees. Every corner reveals thoughtful details: a wooden bench overlooking the hills, cozy couches beneath sunshades, and lanterns that glow softly at night. The sense of aesthetics here is truly remarkable. They offer a lovely breakfast with local cheeses and meats, great coffee, baked goods and natural juices. It’s served in a beautiful and elegant dining hall that has a lovely fireplace and seating area, chess boards and books. You could easily spend days just wandering the estate, exploring the forest, and soaking in the views. Lucignano is also perfectly located, within 30–60 minutes of countless Tuscan highlights.
