The staff were all lovely, couldn’t do enough for you. From Natale in the restaurant to Sergio driving, were fantastic. We travelled with a 10yr and 8yr old and they were made to feel so welcome.

The spa is very nice too with enough sauna options, you can also grab juice/fruit from there. The roads to/from hotel are well maintained and are easy to drive even after snowfall / freezing.
