Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. We were met by the host, Francesco, upon arrival. I had messaged him to ask if we could arrive earlier than check-in time and he was fine with that, so we checked in at 11am. He showed us to our room and gave us a tour of the communal facilities, e.g. kitchen/dining/lounge and garden. Although other guests arrived later on, we felt that we had the whole place to ourselves. He sent a message with all the information that we may need and was happy to help with any questions that we had. The whole place was very clean and beautifully decorated, and we had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Free Netflix was a bonus and the Wi-Fi was superfast. There was water, soft drinks and beer in the fridge - no specific charge, just asked for a donation. Various types of tea available and Nespresso machine for coffee. We couldn't fault the accommodation, the host, or the location at all and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Absolutely perfect! The room was large, nicely decorated, bathroom and shower excellent. Our room also had a cute balcony. Quiet in spite of being right next to Piazza Erbe, which was very busy. We never saw the staff but they contacted us via WhatsApp. The only downside is the narrow stairs and no elevator. It can be tricky if you have big suitcases. Overall a very pleasant stay, we plan to return. Thank you!
