The host was perfect: he was very welcoming and he suggested us the best way to visit Petra in 1.5 days and gave us good tips for restaurants. We had the option to have the lunch box instead of breakfast and it was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was ok. We could use the washing machine and drying rack for free.

Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service.
