The onsen is really good. The views are nice from the room, and they gave us a 2000 yens voucher (we didn't have breakfast included) which we used for the shop.
When they came to install the futons, it wasn't the right time for us, so I asked them to not do it now. When it was the right time, I went to reception to ask for it, I think the women who normally do it had finished their shift but two men from the reception came to the room and installed the 4 futons (you had to add the sheets.on the pillows and the blankets too). I didn't realise this wasn't their job until it was too late but I was very thankful they did it especially as the room was small for 4 futons and the tables and it required some tetris skills.

Miyako was very friendly and interesting, friendly old dog too. dinner and breakfast additional 1000 yen each very delicious and filling.

Simply the best value hotel under $150 I've ever experienced in Japan. Very spacious suite for $135 came with complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival. Included great breakfast options. This hotel advertised itself as an adult hotel, on booking sites like Booking.com. Under the law it's classed as a 'love hotel' but don't let that put you off. Our suite gave no clue except for one locked vendor in a cupboard. Fantastic concept with great friendly and helpful staff. Whoever came up with this concept should be congratulated.

Hotel is right in front of station and spacious room and very clean. Wifi internet available. Wide shared bathroom with washing machine. The owner is very kind and stayed up late to help me check in late. Also thanks for the chocolates. Hope to stay there again when i visit Aomori again.

The owner allowed us to drop our bags before and after check in and out so we could see the town unhindered. She was very nice to us for the whole stay. We stayed in the tatami mat room. The mats were new and felt luxurious. The futon s were so comfortable we almost decide to no show a different hotel so we could stay at Iroha longer. The bathroom was clean and relaxing to use. It is spacious enough for a family all at once. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
