The service is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The room was great. The service was great. The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

The views from the hotel and from our room of Fuji were amazing. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bike hire (which were electric) to cycle around the lake.
