Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Love everything, especially our in-room staff Mutsumi. She made tea for us and prepared us for dinner - made us feel so welcome. Dinner was the best I ever had in a hotel! We are lucky enough to see Fuji-san from our room considering it's summer. Private and public onsen are great also roof-top foot spa (get a really clear view of Fuji-san on the roof top). Breakfast buffet is perfect - alll you can drink matcha latte!! Location is great, we walked to Fuji-san rope way in the morning. Parking is free and just across the street.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

Very big lounge with river view, where you can talk, play cards, read and eat. The staff are so nice, especially Yukio and Aya. Thank you for giving a room tour, recommending a restaurant and cleaning the kitchen in the morning:) The room is comfortable as well, and I especially like daily cleaning. Onsen is the best of all the places that I have been to. They even have private onsen space. Can you believe it? Once again, thank you for everything. I hope I can stay with K’s house again in the near future !

They have a precious house in a privileged location with amazing facilities. They were keen to help with anything we needed and were proactive on helping us with our travel plans. The food is also something worth mentioning, they cook delicious meals with locally produced products.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. We loved the self check-in as well as the attention to detail. Everything was new, modern, and clean. Not to mention the super comfy bed!

The host made our check in easy, the house was lovely, everything you would need, clean and quiet. Offstreet parking was a bonus, and his recommendation for a meal was perfect 10/10
