Amazing hotel and extremely friendly and polite staff who are super helpful. They provided me a complimentary room upgrade which was a huge plus thank you very much. The room is modern and very well equipped with two international sockets for your chargers in addition to a lot of USB inputs. The location is super convincing just inside JR Sapporo Station.

My mom is really picky with hotel/lodging selection, but she was very satisfied with Sakurayuki. And surprisingly affordable.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

As our room was on the 1st floor, it was close to the ski lockers and on the same floor as the onsen and the connecting corridor to the main resort. While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, there is a cafe which serves free coffee in the morning, and the walk to the main resort and other restaurants was not too far in my opinion (5-10 minutes' walk, all indoors). We took a free shuttle bus from Sapporo to the hotel (around 2 hours).

The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Chỗ nghỉ có bể sục. walking distance to the otaru canal where otaru's main attraction is. we reached slightly earlier and receptionist was available to check us in. if you need parking, do inform the hotel in advance so that designated parking spot can be reserved for you. we parked our car and walked to otaru canal for sightseeing & dinner. the stroll to and fro the hotel is pretty nice, some slopes but totally doable. free parking onsite. room is clean and spacious, well equipped with amenities, including a washer/dryer. will recommend!

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Everything is the best in this stay place!
