We stayed for two nights here. The owner is so friendly and the atmosphere is so good. Breakfast is included and very delicious. Although it’s not that close to the JR Station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back.

The hosts picked us up at the bus terminal and gave us all sorts of local transport info on getting to the different ski resorts. The private onset was awesome!! Bathroom across the hall but still for our private use. The room made good use of space and felt much larger. I wish they did breakfast, but otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. The chalet has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Lovely and cosy lodge close to the action in Hakuba. All details were perfect. Loved the touch of the illustrated postcards left as a gift for each of our guests!

The location is perfect, 5-10minutes walk to Goryu Escal Plaza and walking distance to several good restaurants. (Highly recommend KAMUI Japanese restaurant nearby, we had 3 dinners there ) Michelle is so helpful and response timely on all the arrangement such as lift ticket, restaurant booking, transportation suggestion and etc. And the hotel provides pick up service from Goryu, Joe saved us in the heavy snow night. Moreover, the room has an independent bathroom, it's quite important for my son who has a little addicted to cleanliness. If you like the Osen bath, you can go to Hotel Sejour, this sister hotel just opposite the Junior Mint.
