They did the best when I need the support. I really, really appreciate them. The room is comfortable and relaxing, I can stay here all day if I'm not going to the mountains :) The location is awesome, only 5 minutes walk to the lift base.

There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. The chalet has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Lovely and cosy lodge close to the action in Hakuba. All details were perfect. Loved the touch of the illustrated postcards left as a gift for each of our guests!

Michelle was such a warm and accommodating host that it felt more like a homestay than a hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean (excellent shower pressure, and we slept deeply in the bed!) We enjoyed the hearty breakfast every morning before skiing.
