This was such an unforgettable experience. We were supposed to stay for just one night but ended up staying 4! Okay, from the beginning. We had different accommodation in Hakuba, but we weren’t satisfied so we were looking for something else and found Dark Horse by chance. The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Andy, Rika, Momo and Hana create something truly special. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and such, but this one will stay in our hearts for a long time. Everything is well thought out, you can see it’s taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see it’s done properly and not just to be the cheapest. We felt so beautifully hosted. They also have an amazing sake collection to try, and the food is delicious too. Thank you again and we already miss it. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet again. PS. The "onsen" was a big plus after a day of hitting the slopes. We will definitely recommend this property.

Eternal Flame có nhà hàng, quán bar và Wi-Fi miễn phí. Bãi đỗ xe miễn phí nằm ngay trong khuôn viên. Đường chính Hakuba Echoland nằm cách nơi nghỉ 6 phút đi bộ và có nhiều nhà hàng/quán bar. Nao and Kimi were such lovely hosts! They picked us from the bus station when we arrived. Breakfast every morning was a surprise and they all tasted amazing. Private onsen though small was a very nice little touch. We loved the free flow coffee and tea, games room, and massage chairs. We got 10% off ski passes and ski rental as well, and Nao gave great recommendations for late season skiing (hakuba47 had the best snow quality for mid to late march skiing). Thanks for such a lovely time and we will be back!

Private onsen was so nice after skiing! The breakfasts were great and the guidance for restaurants and ski resorts was very helpful. Taka and his wife have created a warm and welcoming environment, I can’t recommend this enough!

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Wow wow WOW. We didn't want to leave. This place was amazing. The two onsens are super plush. The owners are amazing people and we would highly recommend eating breakfast and/or dinner with them.

Tokiwa-Tei tọa lạc ở Hakuba, cách Khu trượt tuyết Tsugaike Kogen 13 km và Ga Nagano 40 km. Ngoài Wi-Fi miễn phí, ryokan 2 sao này còn cung cấp điểm bán vé trượt tuyết. I had such a wonderful time at tokia-tei. Everything was perfect, absolutely everything.

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁
