Spacious rooms in Heritage Wing include complimentary welcome drink, steam sauna and spa bath. Impeccable service. Had a mishap with my parking that was my mistake due to the language barrier. The staff especially Onose san and Yoshihara san went out of their way to help me. Will be staying here again and again.

Such a lovely and spacious apartment with great amenities! The location was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay here :)

Lake Ashi is 4.9 km from the villa. The opportunity to stay in a Japanese villa, in a great location by Lake Ashi, with a kitchen and plenty of space was amazing. Then, the hot springs shower and tub was super special. It truly was healing to our bodies that were a bit worn out from travel. Yes, stay here! We hope to stay longer next time. It was a little hard to find. Yet, a kind gentleman was watching out for us and directed us.

His English is really good and his sense of humour even better. His knowledge of the area and itinerary suggestions worked very well for us. We’d highly recommend the local izakaya 800m from his place.

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room space, extraordinary hospitality, great breakfast and in-suite facilities e.g. as hot plate, washing machine, refrigerator etc.

The style, the smell, the hospitality of the staff. Every little detail thought through. Breakfast was top notch and above usual western breakfast in Japan.
