Everything was perfect. Room layout was great. Wonderful view. The pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, I would say among some of the best I've had.

The only downside is that the local eateries when we visited (early April) close relatively early, though you can stock the fridge etc and you have all the implements you need to cook and eat. Oh yes, I nearly forgot the natural and private hot spring bath - a great bonus!!! A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet and small residential area with a helpful and thoughtful owner.

When we needed our trash emptied or more toilet paper etc, our requests were answered promptly.

Fantastic location with great facilities, and easy access to central areas of Tokyo . Loved staying by the pool - the entire floor was fantastic, and well served.
