We loved the staff, kanna made our trip such an amazing memory and we wish her the best as she has been an absolute delight ! There’s a communal kitchen and living room for use as well as a private onsen that you can reserve. Hiro, the host, is very accommodating and will provide rides when needed. His English is really good and his sense of humour even better. His knowledge of the area and itinerary suggestions worked very well for us. We’d highly recommend the local izakaya 800m from his place.

The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)
