I love how helpful the front desk is, he even offered to help me with my baggage. The room is very clean, love the tub most. Love how bath and toilet are separated with a door.

LOVED this place! Large and roomy by Japanese standards. Full kitchen and laundry. Stayed 6 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Heated flooring was perfection! Huge master bed. Massage Chair was used each day after lots of walking. Bathroom was massive; and toilet room had plenty of knee room. Very easy to communicate any needs or questions. Great location - tip: tell taxis to take you to ‘doubletree’ hotel, and then it’s a short safe walk about 100m from there. Taxi to Nashiki Markets was about 700yen, but easily walkable. River close by to watch the fish and birds. Could easily have lived in this accommodation. Felt more like home than a hotel. Bonus: Shalom Restaurant downstairs has the BEST wagu on earth. And the most amazing hospitality from the hosts.

Wow, wow, wow… what a fantastic apartment! It super spacious, it’s in a super location and it has a super team running it. We just loved it. If anything, the bathroom is the best part. Almost a spa in its own right —complete with a mini garden to look at from the bath tub.

Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, Sora Niwa Terrace Kyoto Bettei is situated in the centre of Kyoto, 300 metres from Gion Shijo Station.

We had a great stay at Sora Niwa hotel! The hot tub was fantastic, the staff extremely friendly, I was really excited to find the great hair styler in the room. The roof top bar view was really nice!
