Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei se află la 10 minute de mers pe jos de zona plină de viaţă Kawaramachi şi oferă unităţi de cazare în stil japonez, cu facilităţi moderne şi design tradiţional. The building itself was very beautiful and nicely decorated. The employees were very friendly and helpful and there was a nice area to sit and eat. There is a private bath that can be booked and costs a few yen, which was really nice to get into after a long day outside, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are traditional, beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. There is a lot of space for belongings and luggage (though one must be careful not to hurt the tatami), a fridge, and a great bathroom which has everything one might need. Im very happy I got to experience sleeping on a traditional bed in a traditional room. I have to admit the mattress was a bit thin for my back so it wasn't too comfortable at first, my partner on the other hand thought its great so it really depends on preference. However, I asked if i can get an extra layer that I can put under to make it softer, and i got one! Afterwards i was sleeping like a baby, so if it seems a bit stiff at first ask for support :). We also got a lot of information on places in the area, including restaurants, everyone was doing their best to keep our stay as comfortable as possible. It truly is a great place and I have nothing I wish was different. The location is also great, close to the main "centre" and some public transport. It is a very good spot, quite relaxing and quiet considering its proximity to the famous streets. Walking down from Sannenzaka and the area, towards out hotel, is one of our very fond memories. A lot to do nearby, and great restaurants. Thank you for our stay, we had a wonderful time, and we hope we can be back sometime in the future.

祇園四条ホテル se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Higashiyama Ward din Kyoto, la câțiva pași de Gara Gion-Shijō, la 9 minute de mers pe jos de Samurai Kembu Kyoto și la 1,7 km de Kyoto Shigaku... We stayed there for only one night and wished if it could have been more. Totally loved the place. Centrally located in Kyoto. Minutes walking to the best spots in town. Just cross the street for a metro station and a bus stop. Overlooking the river. Regarding our room it was huge compared to hotels in Japan, our bathroom had a hot tub, pyjamas (kimono style), definitely a Japanese styled bidet and a very large TV screen. They allow luggage storage before check in and after check out. Decent staff. Totally recommended

Cu o locație excelentă în centrul orașului Kyoto, Nazuna Kyoto Higashi Honganji se află la 6 minute de mers pe jos de TKP Garden City Kyoto și la mai puțin de 1 km de Gara Kyoto. The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful you almost don't want to leave. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the shabu shabu dinner and 2 Japanese style breakfasts which were cooked right in front of us by the lovely staff who we really enjoyed talking to. The location was only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station but in a relatively quiet location, which was very much appreciated after the busy tourist spots of Kyoto. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning if we are ever in Kyoto again.

Everything was top notch, from accommodation to the very friendly and helpful staff. Object has shuttle bus that will take you to JR Kameoka which is great way to get back to Kyoto. Much recommended

谷町君 星屋 東山望月居 se află în Kyoto, la mică distanță de Templul Sanjūsangen-dō și de Gara Gion-Shijō, și oferă cazare cu WiFi gratuit, precum și acces la o baie cu hidromasaj. Don’t hesitate and just go ! Family of 4, that was our favorite place to stay on our entire trip. Well located, this apartment is clean and has a lot of space, the beds are really comfortable we enjoyed every minute in. Thanks again, will definitely recommend.

海蔵寺 宿坊 櫻海 se află în Ine, la aproximativ 16 km de Manai Shrine și la 16 km de Motoise Kono Shrine, și pune la dispoziție biciclete gratuite și o grădină, precum și WiFi gratuit. This is a traditional Japanese accommodation, part of a Buddhist temple. The room was impeccably clean, neat, and the host was so sweet to prepare the beds and heat the room for us! He even laid an electric sheet under the table so we would have a space to warm up upon coming! We had Japanese sweets and tea waiting for us, which was perfect for the rainy weather. The host is just a super warm and nice person, although he doesn’t speak English we were able to fully communicate with Google Translate and we didn’t miss anything! Location was amazing! Just at the center of the town, right above the wonderful restaurant - Funaya Kajiya (I highly recommend to book a table in advance) and a walking distance from a really cool cafe in which you can sit and drink it in one of the Funayas. We loved everything about this place and wished we could’ve stayed there at least one more night.
