Hi, once i left my comment but disapeared :/ Ok trying once more :D Very nice hote and had tradicinal ryokan, they also provide yukata for everyone, polite staff, they do nice traditional breakfast, also they can organize traditional tea ceremony with renting the kimono. We had very nice stay.

Great location. Quiet and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. The facilities were clean too. Overall, it had a nice homey vibe :)

Full kitchen and laundry. Stayed 6 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Heated flooring was perfection! Huge master bed. Massage Chair was used each day after lots of walking. Bathroom was massive; and toilet room had plenty of knee room. Very easy to communicate any needs or questions. Great location - tip: tell taxis to take you to ‘doubletree’ hotel, and then it’s a short safe walk about 100m from there. Taxi to Nashiki Markets was about 700yen, but easily walkable. River close by to watch the fish and birds. Could easily have lived in this accommodation. Felt more like home than a hotel. Bonus: Shalom Restaurant downstairs has the BEST wagu on earth. And the most amazing hospitality from the hosts.

It is near 3 train stations Shijo-Omiya, Nijo station and Nijojo-mae station (all under 1KM walk). Shinsenen-mae bus stop is only 100m away. There are many nice eateries around with many large supermarkets, LIFE at Nijo station, Seiyu Sanjo (300m) away as well as Fresco (300m) away. The apartment is also sparkly clean and new unlike some of the comments from the past. The staff at the counter were great and super responsive. There is a folder on the instructions to operate the appliances in the apartment. The coffee capsules given were superb, better than some of those stall bought coffee. We checked in in the evening and was able to enter the apartment without any help. The management sent a detailed video on how to operate the digital key lock prior to check in. The pricing of this apartment was pricey but worth every penny. Will certainly recommend to our friends and family!
