You eat downstairs in a pleasant dining room. The 2 dinners were fabulous and well prepared but we couldn't eat much of the breakfast (it was all Japanese), other guests loved it. But on the second day the cooks made us a delicious breakfast that kept us going all day. The owner is very helpful, he cares a lot about his guests, he's still working on the place and it will be really nice when it's done.

Everything was great, I would try to spend at least two nights (I promise it will be worth it!) It's a few minutes walk from the centre, very close to the winter lights. Nice and calm, the onsens are great, both public and private. They accept people with tattoos (the whole area is very flexible).
