Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. Nice hotel facing Lake Kawaguchiko, the onsen was great! Breakfast was okay. Room is super spacious, fully equipped with open air hot bath. Staffs were all super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the highway bus.

Ofcourse the view from the balcony in the room is amazing, with space to sit and relax. The public onsen and private rooftop onsen are wonderful watching the sunset with a view to Fuji. Don’t miss out on breakfast! Pick up from the train station and shuttle to town also worked really smoothly, just ask the helpful staff as we were able to arrive early to drop our bags off. The hotel lounge area is also very interesting and enjoyable, lots of art, books, relaxing and comfortable. Will always remember our stay here and recommend. Thankyou!

The staff was consistently very friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The room was impressively spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings – every detail was carefully thought out.

Boasting free bikes and views of lake, グランファーム富士河口湖 Granfarm Fujikawaguchiko is a recently renovated luxury tent situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 7.3 km from Lake Kawaguchi. Built in 2023, the property includes sauna and hot tub. The luxury tent features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was away from the downtown area and was a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus station that takes you around Kawaguchiko. I liked how clean the common areas, bathroom and sleeping areas were. The dome was surprisingly very warm and cozy when temps drop at night. If you're planning to use the kitchen area, be prepared to buy groceries (about a 15-20 minute commute by bus to Ogino).

Fuji Speedway Hotel, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt offers 5-star accommodation with an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Everything, what a place , one of the best hotels I have stayed in and the Motorsport museum is great and the view of the track is fantastic

All units at the villa complex come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with slippers, a hot tub and a hair dryer. An oven, a microwave and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the villa complex, units have bed linen and towels. This was one of my favourite places I have ever stayed in Japan. It had gorgeous views of Fuji. The house was very large and easily fit our family of five. It had plenty of amenities (including a spa bath which we appreciated after many days of walking around). Would highly recommend.

Comfortable and we have very good sleep. Easily accessible to super mart and eatery.

All you need for a short or long stay - you can cook there or go to the restaurants on the lake, you can buy stuff in near 7-11, tv, washing machine and dryer. Lots of utensils and dishes. Great place!!
