Well looked after by the staff who were exceptional from check in all the way through to when we were leaving. Great with two kids whom are 3 year old and 9 months old. The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. The hotel is exceptional, we booked the traditional Japanese room, with tatami floor and breakfast and dinner. The onsen/hot baths were very pleasant (we only used the ones on the top floor), and even booked the private onsen at a fee, so we can enjoy privately as well. The dinner was amazing, and definitely a highlight of our trip.

The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Brilliant hotel for motorsport enthusiasts as well as nature lovers. Many activities including Onsen to do at the hotel. They have good race simulator as well.

It was very spacious and very clean. Very well equiped with all the electronics appliances especially if u want to do your own cooking. The bathtub with zakkuzi was amazing! Very satisfied with the stay!

Lovely view of mount fuji from the rooms! Wished there was an extra shower cuz for a group of 7 there was quite a queue. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!
