From the moment I got the keys to the room, I felt how luxurious this hotel is! The staff showed us the room, told us everything about our stay, and made tea for us, which felt like a mini ceremony, it was great! The view from the hotel roof is gorgeous with the foot bath onsen that makes it even better!! The private onsen is also very recommended if you want to go with your partner together with a romantic view :) The dinner was a real show and masterpiece, each day it was different, and it was a huge experience to us (although we don't eat much of the foods we got, we still tried them) It really felt like a 3 Michelin stars restaurant private dinner!) And lastly, there is a free shuttle to the kawaguchiko station, which was really good and we felt like VIPs on it! :)

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

Hosts were prompt to respond to queries. Lovely view of mount fuji from the rooms! Wished there was an extra shower cuz for a group of 7 there was quite a queue. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!

Es un hostal tradicional japonés que regenga una señora muy agradable y su familia. Es una zona tranquila y está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos caminando del lago Yamanaka, con unas vistas increíbles al Monte Fuji. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero está muy limpio y no falta de nada. El baño es compartido. Desde la habitación se podía ver el Fuji. La comida merece mención especial. Estaba incluído el desayuno: completo, muy rico y abundante. Para la segunda noche reservamos también la cena: deliciosos platos japoneses a un precio muy bueno. Lo recomiendo totalmente. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor con nosotros y nos sentimos como en casa.
