Ski rental on site and the shuttles were frequent and excellent. Early check-in was accommodated, loved the little Japanese PJs they gave us for our stay.

Some units at the apartment complex boast a fireplace and a heated pool. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Travelled with my wife and two friends to the property for Skiing. Clean, comfortable facilities with a beautiful hot tub to use after skiing. Requires a car to easily access ski lifts.
