The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.

House is very clean and morden, love the huge TV in the living room and the huge onsen bath. Great management team, great communication! Our family stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it!
