With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

It looks like it can accommodate a few more people. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

They prepare your bath, take you shopping, and even to rent a bicycle and then to the train station on my last day. Amazing people. The classical music and the view every morning are just exquisite. Could not be happier. Incredible value for your money also.

They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. I was so grateful for how hard they all worked and how kind they all were. We also got the breakfast service in our room, which was excellent, and they provided several drinks in the fridge for us for free. They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)
